- 1L of water
- Organic herbal tea
- Lemon juice
- Agave or maple syrup
• Boil one liter of water
• Add two tea bags or loose tea of a tasty herbal tea mix (per example: melissa, verbena, lavender flowers)
• Remove the tea bags or loose tea after several minutes (between 5 to 10 minutes depending on your herbal tea mix)
• Add the lemon juice and agave/maple syrup at your convenience
• Let the tea in the fridge for several hours.
